Objectives
Promote the expansion of Raster Technology's operations for paper
and cardboard packaging design and manufacturing to the Closed City
of Snezhinsk
Expand its sales into the Urals region.
Create up to 20 new jobs for employees from the All Russia Scientific
and Research Institute of Technical Physics (VNIITF).
Contribute to the development of the Russian packaging industry by
introducing European best practices in design and production of paper
and cardboard packaging, including relevant equipment, software and
materials.

"RASTER Technology" Ltd. is one Russia's leading producers of cutting templates used for
paper and cardboard packaging production with a unique production process for cutting forms.
The DTI grant to Raster Technology allows the company to establish new production in Snezhinsk,
hire highly skilled engineers from VNIITF and expand its business into the Urals.
Cost
Total cost of the project is £440,000. The DTI is funding a contribution of
£237,712.
