Summary
The project will set up production of furniture facades from MDF boards in Seversk and create new jobs
for dismissed SCK staff. The Beneficiary and executor of the project is "SeverskMebel" Ltd.
The use of up-to-date equipment for production of facades makes it possible to produce products of
high quality according to requirements of customers and to reduce costs for production of these
facades. The market area of the facades for the established production is ZATO Seversk, Tomsk oblast
and neighboring regions.
The project will create 45 full-time jobs. No less than 25 of all employed people must be former
nuclear weapons facility employees from SCK, Seversk.
Cost
Total cost of the project is £321,500. The DTI is funding a contribution of £148,800.
