Manufacturing of energy saving and non-standard equipment
Objectives
To set up own production department outfitted with needed manufacturing equipment and start manufacturing of Steam utilizers "KOSSET".
To achieve production output (steam utilizers) of 7-10 million roubles during the first year of production. To increase production output
up to 12-15 million roubles by the third year of project implementation.
To create 10 new jobs in Ozersk, including 6 ones designated for former employees of FSUE PO "Mayak".
Summary
Firm KhimStalComplect, Ltd. was registered in November 2003 on the basis of KhimStalComplect, Ltd. which had operated since 2000.
The main direction of activity - intermediary transactions concerned with sales of oil pipes.
Besides the company sells energy saving and non-standard equipment made at different Ural enterprises. Since 2004, Firm KhimStalComplect,
Ltd. has been funding own R&D activities aimed at development of energy saving and non-standard equipment, namely: steam utilizers;
separators comprising constant magnets; capacitance equipment.
At present, steam utilizers KOSSET developed by Firm KhimStalComplect, Ltd. are made by other Urals manufacturers,
where project initiator placed its orders.
As production and sales of energy saving and non-standard equipment were increasing, Firm KhimStalComplect, Ltd. started to think over
creation of its own manufacturing base, which could ensure faster filling the orders, mastering the production of wider range of new
produce, and achieve larger total sales margin.
Cost
Total cost of the project is £210,776. The BERR's contribution is £100,000.

28 months - starting April 2007.
