Expansion of Range of Design Works and Services (Information-technical outfitting of working stations of the design company)
Objectives
Brining of BEST-Engineering-Ural, Ltd. up to the level of a design enterprise, capable to carry out the entire cycle of design work
in the field of advanced architectural and construction system ARKOS at the capacity of 50 thousand sq. meters of residential facilities
per year.
Integration of advanced technologies of building residential houses and complexes enhancing to implement the National Housing Program
"Affordable houses" in the Urals.
Creation of 16 new jobs, including 9 ones for former employees of FSUE PO Mayak.
Summary
Project initiator - limited liability company "BEST-Engineering-Urals" was founded in 2003. Before that part of the personnel worked for
another private company - "Unistroy".
Main directions of activity:
design works in the field of civil house-building;
design of objects that have residential and public designation: residential houses, residential complexes including public facilities;
integration of architectural and construction system "ARKOS": advertising, training for the designers, selling licenses allowing to
build in compliance with "ARKOS" system.
As of now BEST-Engineering-Ural, Ltd. designs frames of residential buildings and public complexes with integrated facilities (shops,
offices, parking lots); develops architectural drafts and new civil design solutions; assists in mastering of architectural and building
system ARKOS.
Final development of design documentation prepared by BEST-Engineering-Ural, Ltd. to in order to make them acceptable for expert
valuation and building works is carried out at other enterprises that provide design services and have experts is design of engineering
networks. Involvement of several entities in design of one object causes several problems related to organization of activity and
coordination of its results, which sufficiently slows design works down.
As far as customers are rather interested in ARKOS system and the scope of work related to frames design and draft projects, project
initiator considered it reasonable to increase its staff and reorganize the company into a complex design organization that carries out
the entire cycle of design works.
As a result of Project implementation the number of jobs increases from 14 till 30. From them number of jobs for former employees
of nuclear complex enterprise PO Mayak participating in CNCP Programme is 9.
Cost
Total cost of the project is £815,433. The BERR's contribution is £88,728, will be provided in the form of grant - £15,000 and
in the form of reimbursement of bank interest rate for the credit - up to £73,728, which Beneficiary will receive from the bank for
the project purposes.
Total BEST-Engineering-Ural, Ltd. internal investment will be £627,709, consisting of BEST-Engineering-Ural, Ltd internal funds £41,100,
Technoresurs funds £90,000 and projected future cash flow over the 4 years of the project (£496,609).
Bank loan will be £98,996.
